Refund Policy
Retainers & Booking Fees
To reserve a session or event date, a non-refundable retainer is required. This retainer secures your date on my calendar and compensates for declined bookings and preparation time. Because I commit that date exclusively to you, retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you choose to cancel your session, any payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded at my discretion, depending on the timing of the cancellation and any work already completed. If you request to reschedule, I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date; however, rescheduling is subject to availability. If I am unable to provide services due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, you will receive a refund of all payments made, including the retainer, or the option to reschedule.
Completed Services & Digital Products
Due to the custom and digital nature of photography services, refunds are not provided once services have been performed and images have been delivered. All sales of digital files, prints, albums, and other products are final. If there is an issue with a print or product due to damage or defect, please notify me within [7–14] days of delivery so I can assist in resolving the issue.
