Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
By using this website or booking my photography services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session or event date. Dates are not reserved until both are received. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in cancellation or delay of services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify me as soon as possible. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable at my discretion. If I am unable to perform services due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, my liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
Services, Image Delivery & Usage Rights
I maintain creative control over all sessions, including editing style, image selection, and final delivery format. Final edited images will be delivered within the timeframe stated in your contract. RAW or unedited files are not provided.
I retain full copyright to all images created. Clients receive a personal-use license, which allows downloading, printing, and sharing images for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I may use photographs for my portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials.
Client Responsibilities, Website Use & Limitation of Liability
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for photography locations and for the conduct of all participants during the session. I am not responsible for compromised coverage due to lateness, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or interference from guests or third parties.
All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and design, is my property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. While I take every reasonable precaution to provide professional services, I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control, including equipment failure or unforeseen events. My maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with the most current version posted on this website.
